An irreverent space with an Italian soul, planted at the corner of Ciudadela's central plaza. Pasta made daily, curated wines, and a bar program that takes chances.

Our story

A trattoria, not a restaurant.

Chin Chin started with one idea: eating well shouldn't feel ceremonial. We took our cue from Italian trattorias — places where the menu shifts with what's fresh, the server recommends what they'd actually order, and nobody rushes you out the door.

Fresh pasta every day, made with imported flours. Wines from producers we know by name. A cocktail program with house-made liqueurs. Music that climbs as the night goes on.
